Personal information is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised rating data may be retained as platform data.
We do not sell personal information. We share only with: payment processors (Stripe), OAuth providers (Google, Apple, Facebook), and cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Firebase/Google Cloud) — all under data processing agreements.

R8rly processes personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The data controller is R8rly, operating under Modern Media Mastery.
Data may be stored in Australia and the United States (Google Cloud / Firebase). Transfers protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission.
Retained only as long as necessary. Account data deleted within 30 days of closure. Anonymised aggregate rating data may be retained indefinitely.

All registered and paid users log in via OAuth 2.0. We never store your password. You can revoke R8rly's access at any time through your provider (Google, Apple, Facebook) settings.
Primary data in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Real-time ratings cached in Firebase Firestore. Sync every 15 minutes. All data encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3).
R8rly does not serve advertising. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. Rating integrity depends on trust — and trust depends on not monetising your data.
